Hello, I'm Coach Milly.

 

I'm a Health Nut who advocates for women's self care. 

I've always been fascinated with the human body. It wasn't until a depression and anxiety rock bottom that I made the connection that my selfcare routine was non-existent.

Everything changed when I realized that I was in control of the 3 things that affected me most - my food choices, how much I moved my body and my mindset.  

Professionally, I'm a Nutritionist & Certified Personal Trainer with a unique perspective because I previously got rid of 40 lbs for good, learned how to manage my anxiety and depression, improved my relationship with food and now can effortlessly cook delicious healthy  meals for my family.

I am committed to being the best version of myself because being an empath, helping people is woven into the thread and fabric of who I am.

When I was a kid, I dreamt of becoming a doctor, my coaching program still allows me to do just that - change lives for the better. 🤎  This is what keeps me focused on my goals.
